Smart motorization for (ZIP) screens
Motionblinds outdoor motors bring smart, app-controlled motorization to (ZIP) screens. Available in battery/solar and wired versions, they run on the same platform as Motionblinds indoor blinds, so homeowners control all their shading in one app. Setup takes a minute by Bluetooth, with no remote required and no need to remove hardware.
Battery, solar or wired
Choose the motor that fits your project: battery/solar-powered or wired, in Ø35 for small screens and Ø45 for large, with 10 to 20Nm of torque. The rechargeable battery is built into the motor, so no wiring is required. A solar panel provides continuous charging by daylight, with a Y-cable to connect two panels. Wired motors are available in 230V, and in 120V for the Americas, covering both residential and commercial projects.
Setup in a minute
Every motor is set up in a minute via the Motionblinds app. Simply scan the QR code on the cassette, set the bottom position, and the top position is detected automatically. There are no end limits to set in production and no remote to pair, saving time in the workshop and on-site. Remotes remain optional and pair through the app without opening the cassette. Drive plug and starhead adapters fit leading screen systems, so fabricators can switch without changing production.
Smart, safe and reliable
Control screens by smartphone, swipe to any position, or automate with timers to keep the heat out before the sun hits the facade. Obstacle detection stops the motor when the screen meets a barrier, and safety mode can be locked in the app. Fabric stretch compensation automatically recalibrates end limits over time. Every motor is duration-tested to EN 14201 and EN 12046, CE, FCC and ETL certified, and backed by a 5-year warranty.
